Beetroot and spinach vegetarian Pizza
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 1 pack Deeghuys pizza bases
- 50ml tomato puree
- 100ml cooked beetroot, sliced
- Handful baby spinach leaves
- 125ml caramelized onions or onion marmalade
- 250ml mozzarella cheese, grated
- 10ml organum, dried
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Place the pizza base on a sprayed baking tray. Spread the tomato puree on the base and add beetroot slices, baby spinach leaves and caramelized onions. Cover with grated cheese and sprinkle with organum.
Tips:
Add any toppings of our choice such as bacon, mushrooms, feta, pineapple, peppers, cheeses or meats to build your favourite pizza.
