Beetroot and spinach vegetarian Pizza

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 1 pack Deeghuys pizza bases
  • 50ml tomato puree
  • 100ml cooked beetroot, sliced
  • Handful baby spinach leaves
  • 125ml caramelized onions or onion marmalade
  • 250ml mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 10ml organum, dried

METHOD

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  • Place the pizza base on a sprayed baking tray.  Spread the tomato puree on the base and add beetroot slices, baby spinach leaves and caramelized onions.  Cover with grated cheese and sprinkle with organum.

Tips:

Add any toppings of our choice such as bacon, mushrooms, feta, pineapple, peppers, cheeses or meats to build your favourite pizza.
